Refund policy
Last updated:
This policy explains the trial, withdrawal, cancellation and refund conditions applying to SMI Pilot subscriptions.
130-day free trial
SMI Pilot offers a 30-day free trial with no commitment. No payment is required during this period unless the user explicitly chooses a paid plan before it ends.
214-day withdrawal period
For a first subscription, a withdrawal request may be made within 14 days after the first payment. The refund covers that first payment, subject to mandatory law and the exceptions below.
This period does not restart on renewal, plan changes or later reactivation.
3Cancellation during a billing period
Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not entitle the customer to a prorated refund for a period already billed. Access remains available until the end of the paid period unless justified suspension or mandatory law provides otherwise.
4How to request a refund
Requests can be made through Paddle’s order-management or support tools, as reseller and Merchant of Record, or by email to contact@djibtechno.com.
Include the email used for purchase, the transaction reference and the reason for the request. Do not send bank-card details.
5Processing time
We acknowledge requests within a reasonable time and forward them to Paddle where necessary. Once a refund is approved, the time for it to appear depends on Paddle, the bank and the payment network.
6Exceptions
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, this standard policy does not cover On-Premise plans, which have specific contractual terms, or support, consulting, configuration or training services that have already begun or been delivered.
