Privacy policy

We may collect account and contact data, technical and usage information needed to operate and secure the service, and documents and evidence voluntarily uploaded by customers.

We request only the data necessary to provide, administer and secure SMI Pilot.

Data is processed to create and administer accounts, provide features, deliver support, secure the platform, prevent abuse, manage billing and comply with legal obligations.

Depending on its purpose, processing is based on performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, DJIB-TECHNO SARL’s legitimate interest in securing and improving its service, or consent where required.

We use a limited number of providers where needed for the service, particularly for hosting and technical infrastructure. Paddle processes payment information as reseller and Merchant of Record under its own privacy policy.

Providers are bound by confidentiality and security obligations. Data is neither sold nor shared for advertising purposes.

Evidence documents uploaded to SMI Pilot remain the exclusive property of the customer. DJIB-TECHNO SARL does not use them for its own purposes or disclose them to third parties, except on the customer’s instruction, for a controlled technical need to provide the service, or where required by law.

Access is restricted to persons authorised by the customer and, only where essential, authorised staff subject to confidentiality.

Data may be hosted or processed in the geographic regions used by our infrastructure providers. Where data is transferred outside its country of origin, we implement safeguards required by applicable law.

Account and service data is retained during the contractual relationship and then as needed for return, backups, dispute resolution and legal obligations. It is subsequently deleted or anonymised.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We apply technical and organisational measures designed to prevent unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure.

No system can guarantee absolute security, so we regularly reassess our measures based on risk and current practice.

Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of their data, and may object to certain processing.

SMI Pilot uses only cookies strictly necessary for authentication, security, session continuity and operation of the service. No advertising or non-essential tracking cookies are used.
